A Gwalior consumer has won a case against Eureka Forbes after a vacuum cleaner bought online malfunctioned within days and was never returned after a repair attempt. The company was found guilty of service deficiency by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Eureka Forbes must now either repair, replace, or refund the defective appliance, along with paying compensation and litigation costs to the customer.
