Topsoe has agreed to provide its dynamic ammonia synthesis technology to First Ammonia for a green ammonia plant in Victoria, Texas. The facility will use green hydrogen from electrolysis and renewable electricity, targeting international and domestic US markets. Financial close is expected later in 2026, with commercial operations anticipated in 2029. The technology can ramp production from 10% to 100% within thirty minutes, helping the synthesis loop handle power fluctuations safely and efficiently.
