Too hot to handle? IPL 2027 may break away from its traditional schedule
The BCCI is considering advancing the IPL window to March 10–May 15 from next year to avoid extreme heat and pre-monsoon disruptions during the latter stages of the tournament. Secretary Devajit Saikia said the move aims to improve conditions for players and fans.
