TVK founder C Joseph Vijay is set to take oath as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister on Sunday at Chennais Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, with Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administering the oath at 10 am. The swearing-in marks the first time a non-Dravidian party will form the government in the state, ending the long dominance of the DMK and AIADMK.
