Indian captain Shubman Gill achieved a significant milestone on Saturday. He became the fastest Indian to reach 3,000 One Day International runs. Gill accomplished this feat in the first ODI against Afghanistan. He also scored a half-century during the match. Debutants Harsh Dubey and Gurnoor Brar impressed with their bowling. They took three wickets each.
