The White House later included the image in a video montage showing the Secretary of State posing for a picture wearing the outfit, set to the Notorious B.I.G. track “Hypnotize.” The clip also included the image of Maduro photographed blindfolded, handcuffed, and wearing a grey tracksuit inside a US military plane en route to the Big Apple.
