Rat virus cruise vessel which has seen three deaths is finally allowed to dock in Canary Islands, with seriously ill British ship doctor set to be evacuated
The two crew members will be evacuated via Cape Verde to the Netherlands , allowing the vessel to sail on to the Canaries.
