WAPATO, Wash. – Law enforcement officials are carrying out a search warrant at a business in Wapato as part of an investigation into drug activity.At about 9:30 a.m. on September 22, multiple law enforcement officers including a SWAT team arrived at a business at 97 Wapato Road and surrounded the building. Shortly after arriving, officers broke down a door and entered the building.Officers at the scene have confirmed they are serving a search warrant related to drug activity. The Drug Enforcement Agency is involved, according to officers.As of 11 a.m., officers including a K-9 unit are still at the scene.
