NIA arrests five in Bishnupur mortar blast that killed two children

National Investigation Agency has arrested five individuals linked to the United Kuki National Liberation Army in connection with a mortar blast. Separately, a confrontation occurred when locals intercepted an Assam Rifles team. This led to civilian injuries and the torching of security vehicles. All snatched weapons have been recovered.
