NCP distances itself from Maharashtra MLA's remarks on polygamy
The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has distanced itself from MLA Sana Malik's recent remarks on talaq and polygamy in the Maharashtra assembly, clarifying they represent her personal views. Party president Sunil Tatkare stated the NCP champions women's rights for all, irrespective of faith, and disagrees with Malik's comments.
