More than 15million are told to stop using hosepipes as third heatwave of the year intensifies with 35C highs this week
Thames Water confirmed in a notice to its 16million customers that the company was asking them 'not to use hosepipes or sprinklers during heatwaves' in an attempt to maintain water supplies.
