Leica, Indica Labs, Lunit Team Up to Develop Image Analysis Algorithms
May 26, 2026 — Leica Biosystems and Indica Labs have announced a strategic collaboration with Lunit to develop AI-powered image analysis algorithms. The partnership will focus on PD-L1 and emerging immunohistochemistry (IHC) biomarkers, supporting scalable and consistent biomarker quantification through computational pathology tools. The first product is an AI-powered Lunit SCOPE algorithm designed for Leica Biosystems’ PD-L1 primary antibody (CAL10).
