Japan’s Fair Trade Commission Searches 9 Firms Linked to Hokkaido Shinkansen over Suspected Bid Rigging
The Japan Fair Trade Commission on Tuesday conducted on-site inspections at a total of nine companies, including construction firms affiliated with the Japan Railways Group, on suspicion of violating the Antimonopoly Law for unreasonable restraint of trade over the Hokkaido Shinkansen line extension project.
