Gen Chauhan exits as CDS after leading tri-services integration efforts
Chief of Defence Staff Gen Anil Chauhan concluded his tenure, calling it very satisfying. He focused on enhancing synergy among the three services. Gen Chauhan played a key role in planning and implementation of Operation Sindoor. He also initiated measures for India's theaterisation model. Lt Gen NS Raja Subramani will take charge as the next CDS.
