Fragrant Roses Delight Visitors to Park in Nagoya as Flowers Reach Peak Earlier Than Usual
Fragrant roses in full bloom delight visitors to Tsuruma Park in Showa Ward, Nagoya, on Tuesday. According to the Nagoya City Greenery Center, about 1,400 rose bushes with 140 varieties are planted in the park’s 3,400-square-meter rose garden. The roses, which bloomed about a week earlier than usual, are expected to remain at their peak until early June.
