EC to conduct SIR phase 3 across 16 states from May-end
The Election Commission is launching the third phase of its Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. This exercise will cover 16 states and three Union Territories. It aims to ensure only eligible voters are included in the electoral roll. The process begins in May-end and will conclude with final roll publications between September and December.
