Co-working firms drive India's office market, lease record 8.6 million sq ft
India's flexible workspace sector is expanding rapidly, with co-working operators leasing a record 8.6 million square feet of office space during the first half of 2026 as companies increasingly opt for managed and flexible offices, according to a report by real estate consultant Colliers India.
