CNN poll sounds alarm bells for Trump on the economy
Donald Trump ran on a promise of lowering costs for Americans, but a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS found that only 30% of the public approve of how he is handling the economy and that a majority of Republicans disapprove of his handling of gas prices. It also found that his overall approval rating among Republicans is at a record low of 79% across both terms. CNN’s David Chalian reports.
