China a model for Senegal's digitalization
"China represents an economic development model for Senegal," said Alioune Sall, Senegal's minister of communication, telecommunications, and digital affairs. Identifying digital technology as a key driver of China's development, Sall added that China's achievements in digitalization allow countries pursuing their own digital transformation to draw inspiration from proven experience rather than starting from zero.
