Child’s welfare comes first: Kerala HC strikes down Rs 75 lakh security condition for mother taking son to UK
NEW DELHI: The Kerala high court has struck down a family court order that asked a mother to deposit Rs 75 lakh as security before she could take her 8-year-old son to the United Kingdom for better education and care. The high court held that such a condition was too harsh and went against the welfare of the child.
