Bengal to align with Ayushman Bharat from today, says CM Suvendu Adhikari after first cabinet meet
Suvendu Adhikari announced that West Bengal will align with Ayushman Bharat and implement several flagship central schemes following the first cabinet meeting of the new BJP government. The cabinet also approved land transfer for BSF border fencing, adoption of new criminal laws, central training for IAS and IPS officers, social security support for victims of atrocities, a five-year age relaxation for government job aspirants and the launch of a population census exercise in the state.
