Two Belarusian men were arrested after Semyon Skrepetsky was shot dead near his home in Poland, prosecutors said. Their roles are “being investigated.” Skrepetsky, who fled Russia in 2021, was a staunch critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin and often painted him with a bovine nose.
