American giants warn higher tariffs on India & others may backfire on US' manufacturing
Several major US companies, including Intel, IBM, Dell, Honeywell Aerospace, Ford, GE Appliances and De Beers, have urged the US Trade Representative (USTR) to reconsider its proposal to impose additional tariffs of up to 12.5% on imports from 60 countries, including India.
