Adi Kailash Yatra in Uttarakhand suspended due to monsoon
The Adi Kailash and Om Parvat Yatra in Pithoragarh has been temporarily halted due to the ongoing monsoon season, potential landslides, and pilgrim safety concerns. Officials confirmed that over 52,000 devotees visited the sacred sites in just two months since the pilgrimage began on May 1. Inner Line Permits will resume only upon further directives, with the last batch of 103 pilgrims receiving them on July 1.
