Abandoned German shepherd found tied to rock on Oregon street
Officials are searching for the owner of a German shepherd dog that was found abandoned and tied to a large rock on a Woodburn street. Woodburn police found the dog Wednesday morning in the 600 block of Willow Avenue, just west of the Woodburn Premium Outlets.
