NEW DELHI: The Bombay high court has set aside the findings of State Bank of India’s internal committee (IC) against an employee accused of sexual harassment, holding that a shared autorickshaw used for commuting to work does not qualify as a “workplace” under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
