Zydus Lifesciences partners with CVS Caremark for diabetes drugs template formulary

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd has partnered with CVS Caremark to add Zituvio, Zituvimet, and Zituvimet XR tablets for diabetes treatment to its template formulary starting in 2025. These medications, containing sitagliptin and metformin hydrochloride, have been approved by the USFDA and will be added to CVS Caremark’s continually updated list of evidence-based treatments.
