Zelensky proposes new PM, defence minister for Ukraine in major reshuffle

Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian President, suggested a new Prime Minister and Defence Minister. This is a major cabinet change after three years of the Russia invasion. Yulia Svyrydenko will likely become Prime Minister. Denys Shmygal is expected to replace Rustem Umerov as Defence Minister. The change comes after setbacks and escalating attacks.
