Zelensky: 22 missing after Russian attacks on Ternopil

Ukrainian rescue forces are still searching for 22 missing people one day after heavy Russian airstrikes on the western city of Ternopil, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Thursday. Some 230 emergency forces have been deployed to comb through the rubble after two nine-storey residential buildings in the city were hit in the Wednesday strikes, Zelensky said on Telegram.
