World Economic Forum annual meeting 2025 to start next week in Davos, armed conflict, AI among key issues

More than 3,000 global leaders from upwards of 130 countries will make their annual pilgrimage next week to the World Economic Forum at Davos-Klosters. The event is scheduled to take place from January 20-24. Forum organizers say a record of around 900 business leaders, including from important emerging markets, will take part in the annual meeting this year, which is expected to draw nearly 3,000 participants from over 130 countries.
