Wipro shares in focus post Q4 results. Should you buy, sell or hold?

Wipro shares: The IT services segment reported revenue of $2,596.5 million, reflecting a 1.2% decline quarter-on-quarter and a 2.3% drop year-on-year. In constant currency terms, revenue was down 0.8% QoQ and 1.2% YoY. However, profit after tax (PAT) saw a 6% sequential increase, rising from ₹3,354 crore in the December quarter.
