Jannik Sinner was treated for a painful right elbow by a trainer at Wimbledon during a medical timeout in the second set while trailing in his fourth-round match against Grigor Dimitrov on Monday. The No. 1-ranked Sinner was given a pill to take and received a massage at a changeover while down 3-2 in the second set at Centre Court. Sinner hadn't dropped a set in the tournament until Monday's opener, which No. 19 seed Dimitrov took 6-3.
