Will Zomato ‘serve it’ to Swiggy, Zepto with launch of ‘Bistro’?

Blinkit’s new app Bistro, launched by Zomato, promises 10-minute food delivery and caters to the unorganised food market. With competitors like Swiggy and Zepto also launching separate apps, Bistro aims to tap into previously unaddressed use cases. It is expected to compete with Zepto in the quick food delivery space.
