Why Russia's Putin is seeking help from North Korean leader Kim Jong

In what is widely seen as an escalation of Russia-Ukraine war, Seoul's spy agency has said 1,500 North Korean special forces soldiers have been deployed in Russia. South Korea has expressed alarm over the deployment and has summoned the Russian ambassador to Seoul, calling for immediate withdrawal. North Korea and Russia have been long-term allies.
