Why is China deploying all its aircraft carriers near Japan and Taiwan

China operated all three of its aircraft carriers—Liaoning, Shandong, and Fujian—for the first time last week, as tensions in the Taiwan Strait escalated. The drills were conducted in conjunction with an increase in Chinese military activity around Taiwan, prompting concerns from neighboring countries. While Taiwans defense ministry warned of Chinas rising aggression, China has been advancing its naval capabilities with modern aircraft carriers, including Fujian, which features the latest Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS).
