Who is Naim Qassem, Hezbollah chief who fled Lebanon amid fears of an Israeli assassination?

Hezbollahs deputy secretary-general Naim Qassem has moved to Tehran from Lebanon. This relocation follows concerns of an Israeli assassination. Qassem left Beirut on October 5 using a plane from Tehrans foreign minister. Iranian officials ordered his move. Israel has already targeted and eliminated numerous senior Hezbollah members. Plans to target Hezbollahs financial infrastructure are underway.
