White Earth to open first recreational marijuana dispensary off tribal land in Moorhead
The tribe is close to a compact agreement with the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management that would govern the expansion of its Waabigwan Mashkiki stores. It also plans top open a dispensary in St. Cloud in spring.
