Waste to wealth: Centre earns over Rs 100 crore from scrap disposal

The Centre has generated over Rs 100 crore from scrap disposal during a special cleanliness campaign, which also weeded out over 12 lakh files and freed 97.2 lakh sq feet of space. The campaign, ending October 31, involves 2.7 lakh offices. It aims to implement PM Modi's vision of swachhata and reduce government file pendency.
