Vodafone to buy German cloud specialist Skaylink for $204 million

Britains Vodafone on Thursday announced plans to acquire German cloud and digital transformation company Skaylink for €175 million ($204 million) from private equity firm Waterland. The move aims to strengthen Vodafones cloud and AI service capabilities in Europe. Skaylink, which employs over 500 people across the region, specialises in cloud management on Microsoft and Amazon Web Services platforms.
