Vista Outdoor shareholders OK $2.15B sale of Federal, other ammunition brands
A special shareholder vote to OK the deal with Czechoslovak Group came after eight meeting adjournments and a year of bargaining. Its outdoor brands will go to a Connecticut-based private equity firm Strategic Value Partners.
