Vikash Yadav: The US has accused a former Senior Field Officer of RAW, Vikash Yadav, in an alleged murder-for-hire plot against Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Vikash Yadav has been accused of recruiting an Indian national, Nikhil Gupta, to execute the assassination of Pannun. Vikash Yadav, 39, remains in India and is currently at large.
