Verdict upholding ED powers: SC to decide on its reconsideration in April

The Supreme Court will decide in April 2022 if its previous verdict on the Enforcement Directorate's powers under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act needs reconsideration. The three-judge bench will review issues such as the provision of Enforcement Case Information Reports and the reversal of the presumption of innocence, raised in numerous petitions challenging the law.
