Uttarakhand trip by car to get expensive from December
Uttarakhand will impose a green tax from December on all vehicles entering the state from outside to curb pollution and protect its Himalayan ecosystem. The tax will range from Rs 80 for small passenger vehicles to Rs 700 for heavy trucks, depending on vehicle type and load.
