Uttarakhand govt hikes DA of employees from 50% to 53%

On Tuesday, the dearness allowance (DA) for Uttarakhand government employees was increased from 50% to 53% per month, with retroactive effect from July 1, 2024. Additionally, non-gazetted employees, local bodies, and daily wage workers are to receive an ad-hoc bonus based on continuous service criteria, up to a limit of Rs 7,000.
