US showing 'willingness' to cooperate on boat probe after shootout, says Cuba
A shootout between Cuba's coast guard and a US speedboat on Wednesday killed four people on board. Cuba says the boat, intercepted off its north coast, was carrying 10 'armed' passengers who 'intended to carry out an incursion for the purposes of terrorism.'
