US lifts sanctions on Venezuelan interim leader Delcy Rodriguez

Ties between the United States and Venezuela have warmed since Nicolas Maduro's ouster, with Rodriquez complying with Donald Trump's demands for Caracas to open up its energy industry to American companies.
