US cases against Adanis to be heard by a single judge
Civil and criminal cases against Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani, and others have been assigned to a single judge in the US court over allegations of bribery and securities fraud. The cases will be heard separately. Adani Green Energy previously denied violations of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
