Ukraine official claims Russian advance in Kursk has been 'stopped'

Zelensky has said he aims to host another international peace summit outlining his vision to end the war in November, to which Russia will be invited. Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry in a statement said that its troops were still on the offensive in some parts of Kursk and were repelling Ukrainian attacks in other areas of the region.
