Two militants arrested in Manipur

Two militants were arrested in separate operations in Manipur's Imphal East district, as reported by the police on Wednesday. Yengkhom Bhogen Singh (50), an active member of the banned Peoples' Liberation Army (PLA), was arrested from Top Khongnangkhong on Tuesday. Additionally, Pukhrambam Thoiba Singh (38), a member of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party (MFL), was apprehended from Mantripukhri Bazar.
