Tripartite agreement on power export to Bangladesh to be signed on Thursday
Nepal, India, and Bangladesh are set to sign a tripartite agreement to export electricity from Nepal to Bangladesh, using Indian transmission lines. Nepal will sell 40 MW of electricity to Bangladesh during the rainy season, generating an estimated USD 9.216 million annually.
